Recipe: Avocado Mashed Potatoes

3 Russet Potatoes or 6-8 Red Potatoes Boiled
1-2 Ripe Avocados 
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tbs Rosemary
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mash together.
Avocados: Healthy & Yummy Substitute for Butter & Milk.
Makes 4 Servings
